Wasswa Martin (CPA, MPIM, MBA)

Wasswa Martin is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in the public sector. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development since May 2019, Wasswa has previously held positions as a Systems Accountant at Kampala Capital City Authority and as an Accounts Assistant at Kampala City Council. Wasswa holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and a Master's degree in Public Infrastructure Management from Makerere University. Additionally, Wasswa has obtained a CPA designation, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and has studied Financial Reporting at the Institute of Government Accounting & Finance in India. Academic qualifications also include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business/Management from Makerere University and a Diploma in Local Government Financial Management from Makerere University Business School.
