Anneth de Witte

Anneth de Witte currently serves as the Chair of the Experts Group for the Wassenaar Arrangement from January 2025 to December 2026, overseeing discussions on technical proposals related to dual-use and military goods and technology. In addition, Anneth holds the position of Policy Officer in the International Trade Policy and Economic Governance Department at the Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken since February 2021, focusing on export control and strategic goods. Anneth has previous experience as a Trade Compliance Specialist for Eastman Chemical Company and a Regional Export Logistics Coordinator for Halliburton, enhancing expertise in compliance, logistics, and international trade. Anneth's educational background includes a Master of Laws in International and European Law from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
