Ayda Frings

Ayda Frings is a seasoned professional with a focus on energy markets and policy, currently serving as a Policy Officer in the Eastern Europe and Central Asia Division at the Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken. With experience as a Consultant in Energy Markets & Strategy at DNV and participation in the Nationaal Energietraineeship, Ayda has developed extensive knowledge in climate change and the energy transition. Previous roles include positions as a Renewable Energy Specialist at Greenlink and Economic & Trade Policy Officer at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Oman. Academically, Ayda holds a Master of Science in Innovation Science and a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Innovation from Eindhoven University of Technology.
