Hannah Pannwitz

Hannah Pannwitz currently serves as a Political Military Advisor and Second Embassy Secretary at the Netherlands Permanent Representation to NATO and the EU, focusing on cyber diplomacy, cyber defense, and digital diplomacy since April 2020. Prior experience includes a role as a Policy Officer at IBBZ 2020 and senior advisory positions at MINDEF (NL) and the Sadeq Institute, where research on strategic Libyan issues was conducted. Academic credentials feature an MPhil in Asian and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Oxford, along with multiple degrees in Middle Eastern Studies and International Relations from the University of Groningen, complemented by language studies in Arabic.
