Judith van Loon

Judith van Loon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching, project management, and organizational development. Currently, Judith serves as Co-Owner of Finca Amor Mundi SL and is a member of the Dutch team for the SOS Climate Waterfront initiative, focusing on climate resilience in European cities. As the owner and advisor at [ZINPACT] Veranderen met Impact since 2004, Judith has facilitated team and organizational development through various roles including project management and training. Judith's work with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs involves leadership coaching across teams, while previous roles include programming sustainability for the municipality of Culemborg, leading community participation projects for Coöperatie Vrijstad Energie, and developing care services at Parnassia Groep. Judith holds a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma and has a background in both education and training at various institutions.
