Liane Pucks holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from NCOI Business School and has extensive experience in contract and vendor management across various organizations. Currently serving as Hoofd Inkoop FSO at Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken since August 2023, Liane previously held the position of Senior Contract- & Leveranciersmanager a.i. at Essentium, focusing on contract management for the municipality of Rotterdam. From June 2017 to November 2021, Liane worked as a Senior Contract- & Leveranciersmanager at Gemeente Den Haag, overseeing the implementation of contract and supplier management within the Intern Diensten Centrum. Liane's career began in procurement roles at Stork Engineers & Contractors and LUMC, where leadership and management of teams were key responsibilities.
