Ralph Bauling

Ralph Bauling is an experienced project manager and scrummaster, currently serving at the Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken since November 2021. In addition to project management roles, Ralph has a proven track record as a test coordinator and lead on various projects, including the Workday recruitment system at Nationale-Nederlanden and enterprise cloud ERP implementations at Rabobank. With ownership of RBit-squad, Ralph has further diversified professional contributions. Previous roles include test consultancy at Bartosz ICT, agile testing at KWF Kankerbestrijding, and managerial positions across several organizations, including KPN, GVB, and TNT Express. Ralph holds a master’s degree in business from Radboud University, complemented by ISTQB certification at the Advanced Level.
