Rick Monen

Rick Monen has extensive experience in the IT and project management sectors, currently serving as an IT IM Specialist at Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken since July 2018. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Consultant at ChipSoft, where responsibilities included implementing EPD dossiers and improving IT infrastructure. Earlier, Rick contributed as a Projectmedewerker at Humanitas Inkomensbeheer and Ymere, focusing on project updates and service cost policy implementation. Additionally, Rick held the position of Secretary at Bewonersvereniging RXL, managing communication and governance tasks, and worked as a Floor Coordinator at Science Center NEMO, overseeing public engagement teams. Rick holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Laws from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
