Siem Bouwmeister

Siem Bouwmeister currently serves as a Policy Officer for Transitional Justice at the Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken, where responsibilities include working within the Department of Stability and Humanitarian Aid since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Policy Officer in Results Based Management, focusing on Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning for development programs, and as a Research Assistant at Radboud University in the field of Cultural Anthropology and Development Studies. Additional experience spans various positions, including Project Leader and bar-related roles, an internship in policy at the municipality of Nijmegen, and work as a croupier and fundraiser. Siem Bouwmeister has an extensive educational background, holding multiple degrees from Radboud University, including a Master’s in International Economics and Development, and is pursuing advanced studies at Clingendael.
