Nader Elabadi

Nader Elabadi is a professional with extensive experience in customer satisfaction and brand development. Currently serving as a Happiness Officer consultant at the Ministry of Finance in the UAE since September 2021, Nader previously held the position of Team Leader Mystery Shopper at NielsenIQ, focusing on customer experiences in the automotive sector. Prior to that, Nader worked as Team Lead Customer Satisfaction in the CATI Department at Nielsen, where responsibilities included evaluating sales staff and showroom conditions for various automotive brands. Nader's career also includes a role as Team Lead at Albakri Group, where brand strategy and online presence were key focus areas. Nader holds a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations from the University of Khartoum.
