Rithu Saraf

Rithu Saraf is a finance professional with extensive experience in treasury and financial management. Currently serving at the Ministry of Finance in the UAE within the Federal Debt Management Office since September 2023, Rithu previously held various roles at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited's Dubai branch from May 2014 to August 2023, including Deputy Head of the Treasury Department and Senior Treasury Manager. Rithu's career began at JP Morgan Chase as a Process Project Specialist and has included positions at SS&C GlobeOp, VEER CAPITAL MANAGEMENT P. LTD., and Om Siddh Vinayak Impex Pvt. Ltd. Rithu holds an MBA in Finance from N.L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research, as well as a High School degree in Commerce from Mithibai College.
