Melvin Tay

Melvin Tay currently serves as an Associate in Capability & Organisation Development at the Ministry of Finance, focusing on building workplace culture and enhancing employee wellness since February 2023. Previously, Melvin held roles as an HR Business Partner at the Ministry of Finance and as Assistant Manager (People & Culture) at the National Arts Council, where Melvin received the NAC Awesome Award. With experience in payroll and human resources, including positions at VITAL and IT Consultancy & Services Pte. Ltd., Melvin has demonstrated skills in employee engagement and HR management. Educational qualifications include a Specialist Diploma in Workplace and Career Counselling from Singapore Polytechnic, a Bachelor of Arts in Retail Marketing from the University of Stirling, and a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Singapore Polytechnic.
