Thomas de Vos

Thomas De Vos is a seasoned policy officer currently serving at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Belgium, specializing in development cooperation since August 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a policy officer and representative for the Province de Liège at Euregio Meuse-Rhine, where responsibilities encompassed strategic advice, stakeholder mobilization, and project implementation from January 2018 to June 2020. Thomas has previously held roles in various organizations, such as implementing socio-economic strategies for impulse.brussels, managing projects at GOPA Consultants, and providing consultancy to the Council of Europe on cultural heritage projects.
