Karl Oskar Villsaar currently serves as an Attaché at the Permanent Representation of Estonia to the EU, with prior experience as a Desk Officer for EU Development Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia. Villsaar has a strong background in development cooperation and policy advocacy, having worked as a Policy Officer at the Estonian Roundtable for Development Cooperation and as a Development Policy Assistant during Estonia's presidency of the Council of the European Union. Additionally, Villsaar has experience in journalism, having worked as a correspondent for Postimees and AS Postimees Grupp, as well as in communications management for the Model United Nations of Malmö.
