Camoy Spencer is a Medical Technologist at the Ministry of Health Jamaica, a position held since 2016. Prior to this role, Camoy served as an Assistant Clerk of Court at the Ministry of Justice, Jamaica from January 2005 to August 2008. Camoy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology from Northern Caribbean University between 2008 and 2013.
