Bashar Nsour

Bashar Nsour is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in quality management and medical science liaison roles. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Management at the Ministry of Health in Jordan since July 2019, Bashar leads strategic planning and accreditation initiatives while managing resources and crises. Previous positions include Chief Quality Officer and certified surveyor at the Health Care Accreditation Council, where Bashar assessed hospitals against international quality standards. With a strong foundation in medicine, Bashar has undertaken various roles across health institutions in Jordan and Egypt, including emergency department leadership and general practice. Bashar holds an MBBS from Cairo University and specialized training in Total Quality Management for Healthcare Reform and Six Sigma from the American University in Cairo.
