Dr Khalid Kheder

Dr. Khalid Kheder is a seasoned health administration professional with extensive experience in various roles within the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia, where positions have included Advisor to the Vice Minister and Director General of Boards and Committees Affairs as well as Supervisor of Business Development Department. Currently serving as Board Chairman of the Quality in Health Care Association, Dr. Kheder has previously held significant leadership positions in the Saudi Society for Quality and the Saudi Society for Health Administration. An academic contributor, Dr. Kheder has taught Master's students in Health Services and Hospitals Administration at Majmaah University. With a robust educational background including a PhD in Health Care Administration from the University of Birmingham, Dr. Kheder has demonstrated a strong commitment to improving healthcare services through various organizational developments, regulatory enhancements, and innovative systems implementations throughout a career spanning over two decades.
