Lulwa Binsaid

Lulwa Binsaid is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the health sector, currently serving as the Manager of the Negotiations Office (ENSO) within the Assistant Minister’s Office at the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia since September 2020. In addition, Lulwa holds the role of Secretary of the Steering Committee for health services activities related to the anti-drug campaign, and has served as Chief Operating Officer and Project Lead within ENSO. Previous experience includes a Project Manager position at Emdad Al Khebrat and internships in market intelligence at SABIC and marketing at 4Steps International. Lulwa Binsaid holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing, from King Saud University, completed in 2020.
