Batool al Fararjeh

Batool Al Fararjeh currently serves as the Quality Assurance Team Lead and Scrum Master at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research since July 2024. Prior to this role, Batool held positions as a Software QA Engineer for both the Ministry of Education - Dubai, UAE and EXCEED IT Services from April 2019 to October 2025. Experience also includes working as a Quality Assurance professional at Keytech Security Solutions Ltd from August 2018 to February 2019, and as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Edaura from March 2015 to June 2016, where a SaaS solution for the educational sector was provided. Additionally, Batool worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at KALBOARD360, contributing to a cloud-based learning management system. Earlier professional experience includes a trainee position as a C# Developer at CC_ Consolidated Consultants Engineering and Environment. Batool holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Information System from Al-Balqa Applied University, completed between 2009 and 2013, and completed Tawjihi in the IT Stream at Al-Khansa' High School for Girls in 2009.
