Ehab Mahmoud Hassoubah

Ehab Mahmoud Hassoubah is an experienced professional in the fields of finance and operations, currently serving as a Board Member at شركة البلد الأمين للتنمية والتطوير العقاري since May 2024 and as Deputy Minister for Privatization and Financial Sustainability at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing since November 2023. Prior to these roles, Ehab was the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Tatimmah Capital Company and Faydh, and the Chief Executive Officer at Oasis_system and Quara Finance, where key responsibilities included driving business strategy, technology infrastructure, and digital lending initiatives. Ehab has extensive experience in retail banking, having held positions such as Executive Vice President Retail Banking at Bank Albilad and various leadership roles at HSBC Saudi Arabia and The Saudi British Bank. Ehab holds a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona.
