Ibrahim al-Zabaan

Ibrahim Al-Zabaan has extensive experience in digital platform and infrastructure operations, currently serving as the GM of Digital Platform Operations at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing since February 2019. Previously, Ibrahim held the position of GM of Digital Infrastructure Operations at the Municipal Digital Transformation Center and Director of Information Technology Infrastructure. Prior to this role, Ibrahim worked at STC Solutions as IT Systems Operations Manager, and at Tamkeen Technologies as Senior System Administrator, where responsibilities included managing VMware ESXi environments and ensuring data security. Additional experience includes serving as Systems Admin at HRDF and Technical Support Engineer at Information Systems Engineering. Ibrahim began professional training at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers as Technical Operations Manager. Ibrahim holds a BSc in Computer Science from King Khalid University, earned between 2002 and 2007.
