Munira Binahmed CXAC (Cert), C-KPI serves as a Quality of Programs & Services Performance Expert at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia since July 2023, focusing on program evaluation, service delivery enhancement, and KPI implementation for measuring service effectiveness. Additionally, Munira is a member of the Global CSR Forum and Awarding Committee, leading event logistics and the preparation process for the Social Responsibility Awards. Prior experience includes role as Monitoring Specialist of Customer Experience & Quality Assurance at the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, where Munira improved customer experience metrics and conducted quality audits, along with positions aimed at enhancing taxpayer satisfaction. Munira is currently pursuing a Professional Certificate in Customer Experience at The CX Academy and holds a Master's degree in Science in Communication and Information Management from Bay Path University, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from King Saud University, and has completed an Intensive English Program at North Seattle College.
