Saud Almubarak

Saud Almubarak is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Director of HR at Emdad Al Khebrat since February 2024, where leadership and development of the Human Capital strategy are key responsibilities. In addition, Saud is a Sectoral Board Member for the Professional and Advisory Services Sector at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in KSA, focusing on national competency frameworks. Previously, at the Ministry of Energy, substantial contributions included mapping employees under the Taskeen restructuring program and achieving full functional maturity in HR. Saud also directed change management at the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority and enhanced HR strategies at SABIC, where impactful initiatives were implemented across various HR functions.
