Jan Dvorak

Jan Dvorak currently serves as a Vrchní ministerský rada at the Ministerstvo průmyslu a obchodu České republiky since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jan was an Expert Group member at the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) from November 2004 to December 2023, participating in the NGA Expert Working Group and the NGN Project Team, where document preparation for the European Commission and national regulators was a key responsibility. Additionally, Jan worked as an NGA & VHCN specialist at the Czech Telecommunication Office from April 2004 to December 2023, focusing on the formulation and implementation of national electronic communications policies. Early career experiences included roles as a Guest's services keeper at Corinthia Hotels International, a Ski Instructor at Happy Hill Ski School, and a Junior Manager at Six Flags Great Adventure. Jan holds a university degree in Management, Economics, Quantitative methods (Statistics), and Informative Technologies from the University of Hradec Králové and a high school degree from Gymnazium Dobruska.
