Dr. Abdulla BinOboud is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Science and Technology of Fujairah and Rabdan Academy since January 2020 and September 2019 respectively. With extensive experience in the Ministry of Interior, Abu Dhabi since March 1999, Dr. BinOboud serves as the Head of Societal Analysis Department, focusing on the analysis of security and social phenomena within the UAE community, and is recognized as an expert in information sharing systems and Big Data. Academically, Dr. BinOboud holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Information and Knowledge Management from the University of Reading and various degrees including an MBA from Canadian University Dubai and a Diploma in Law from Abu Dhabi Police College.
