Nasser Hamdan is an accomplished Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in IT project management and consultation, currently serving the Ministry of Interior in Abu Dhabi since July 2017. Nasser specializes in developing baseline and target Enterprise Architectures, managing IT portfolio rationalization, and aligning architecture solutions with business operating models. Previously, Nasser held roles as IT Project Manager at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, where responsibilities included overseeing business automation transformations, and as IT Consultant & Project Manager at Rabadh-ECCE Group, contributing to the IT strategic management for the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs. Additional experience includes managing the Enterprise Content Management department at OPTIMIZA, serving as a Senior Lead .Net Developer at TDM Group, and developing brokerage solutions at Special Systems. Nasser holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Jami'at Philadelphia Al-Khassa.
