Abdulrahman Alkhalaf is an experienced IT management professional with a strong background in strategic planning and COBIT. Currently serving as the IT Strategy and Planning Director at the Ministry of Investment since December 2013, Abdulrahman has a proven track record in managing IT-business relationships. Previously, Abdulrahman held the position of Business Relationship Manager and Senior Software Engineer at the Saudi Stock Exchange (TADAWUL) from February 2007 to October 2013, where responsibilities included managing business requirements and ensuring alignment between IT and business units. Prior to this, Abdulrahman worked as a Business Analyst and Project Manager at stc from August 2000 to February 2007, leading projects focused on enhancing key business and operational support systems, including the ADSL project to introduce high-speed internet services. Abdulrahman holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from King Saud University, earned in 2000.
