Abdulrahman Alshaghdali

Abdulrahman Alshaghdali currently serves as the Head of Najiz (Director of Digital Services) at the Ministry of Justice in Saudi Arabia, where responsibilities include leading digital transformation initiatives to improve accessibility and efficiency in judicial services. Previous experience includes consulting for Udacity on digital transformation and cybersecurity, and serving as Head of Information Technology at a confidential company, where strategic technology initiatives were implemented. Prior roles also include Information Technology Manager at Sudair Pharmaceutical Company, where operational efficiency was optimized, and various positions within the Ministry of Education, including Head of the Saudi education center in Ireland. Abdulrahman holds a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from Saudi Electronic University and has recently completed a leadership program at ESSEC Business School.
