Archie Gilchrist

Archie Gilchrist is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment since September 2022. As Managing Director at Ryemuir Consulting, Archie oversees project and programme management, as well as consultancy services. Previous roles include project management positions at Fire and Emergency NZ and Wētā Workshop Ltd, where Archie successfully managed significant projects such as the Unified Uniform Project and a global e-commerce platform upgrade. Additionally, Archie has held positions at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, WorkSafe New Zealand, and Stats New Zealand, contributing to various transformation initiatives. Archie holds several academic qualifications, including a Graduate Certificate in Business and a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of the West of Scotland, along with other certifications in business and electronic engineering.
