Bruce Findlay is an experienced leader in public service and management, currently serving as the Regional Manager Southern for the Ministry of Justice in New Zealand since January 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing the consistent delivery of services across all Courts and Tribunals in the Southern region. Prior to this role, Bruce held various positions at Inland Revenue NZ from 2001 to 2017, including Director of the Christchurch Rebuild Programme, where leadership was provided for the Government's initiative to rebuild the city, and Manager of Assistance Families, overseeing a large team and significant financial collections. Bruce also brings experience from TransAlta and Southpower, focusing on customer service and operational management. Bruce holds a Master of Public Administration from Victoria University of Wellington, attained between 2014 and 2015.
