Hayley Parkes

Hayley Parkes is a Senior Project Delivery Manager at the Ministry of Justice in New Zealand since October 2022, previously serving as a Project Delivery Manager at the Ministry of Education from February 2017 to October 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Wellington Regional Manager and Registered Building Surveyor at Prendos New Zealand Limited from January 2011 to February 2017, where responsibilities encompassed project management, contract administration, quality assurance inspections, and serving as an expert witness in legal claims related to weathertightness issues. Earlier, Hayley held the position of Architectural Designer at N&Co Architecture from January 2006 to January 2011, focusing on design and contract administration for various building projects. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Architecture with Honours from Victoria University of Wellington, earned between 2001 and 2005.
