Philip Berry

Philip Berry is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in strategic finance and performance management. Currently serving as the Manager of Strategic Finance and Performance at the Ministry for the Environment since April 2023, Philip previously held significant roles including Finance Manager at the Ministry of Education and Principal Management Accountant at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, specifically within Immigration NZ. Additional experience includes roles as Financial Controller at NZ Transport Agency, Deputy CFO at NZTA, and Financial Controller at Summerset Group. Philip has also served as Finance Manager and acting CFO at CentrePort, where responsibilities included overseeing a joint venture with Taylor Preston.
