Tran Duy Dong assists the Minister in monitoring and directing the working fields: Socio-economic development plans of localities and territories; restructuring and reform of State enterprises, development of small and medium enterprises; foreign investment; industrial zones, export processing zones, economic zones; administrative reform (supporting the Minister); application of information technology within the Ministry and other duties assigned by the Minister, & taking charge of monitoring the Central Coast region, the key economic region of the Central region.
