Tran Quoc Phuong

Tran Quoc Phuong assists the Minister in monitoring and directing the working fields: General synthesis of external economic; official development assistance (ODA) and concessional loans; cooperation relationship with Laos and Cambodia; synthesis of macroeconomic issues and general public investment; socio-economic forecasting; finance, currency, prices; national target program; formulation and synthesis of medium-term and annual socio-economic development plans (providing assistance to the Minister); implementation of the monthly, quarterly and annual socio-economic development plans; investment appraisal and supervision; planning activity; bidding management; press work of the Ministry; and other duties assigned by the Minister.
