Rajeev Ranjan

Rajeev Ranjan currently serves as Joint Director at the Ministry of Railways, Government of India since February 2023, following a robust career within the Indian Railways Personnel Service (IRPS), which began in December 2016. Previously, Rajeev held various positions, including Divisional Railway Manager (Pers.) and Senior Personnel Officer at the Workshop Projects Organization from January 2021 to May 2022, and Assistant Personnel Officer at East Central Railways from June 2019 to December 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Commandant with the Ministry of Home Affairs and an Information Security Administrator at Xerox. In terms of education, Rajeev is currently enrolled in the Advance Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and has completed a Management Development Programme in Human Resources Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation Technology from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
