Adeline Kwok

Adeline Kwok is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in government communications. Currently serving as the Director of Communications and Engagement at the Ministry of Social and Family Development, Singapore since October 2022, Adeline previously held the position of Director of Communications at the Public Service Division from November 2015 to November 2022. Adeline's career includes a role as Director of the Media Division at the Ministry of Communications and Information from May 2011 to September 2017, where management of the Singapore government's reputation was a key focus, involving collaboration with various media outlets on complex issues. Prior experience also includes serving as Senior Assistant Director at the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Assistant Director at the National Population Secretariat of the Prime Minister's Office, and Assistant Director for National Marketing at the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts, where strategic communication and marketing efforts were central to promoting Singapore's interests both domestically and internationally.
