Agnes Lim has work experience in various government agencies in Singapore. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as Deputy Director in the Housing Division of MND. Agnes then moved on to the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) and held the same position from 2016 to 2018. In 2019, they joined the People's Association as Deputy Director and their tenure will end in 2023. Currently, they are working as the Deputy Director of Strategy, International & Research at the Ministry of Social and Family Development.
Agnes Lim attended the University of Warwick from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Management Science and Operational Research, specializing in Mathematics and Statistics. Additionally, they obtained a degree in Counselling from Singapore Bible College. Agnes also holds certifications in Incrediblekidsmovement, DISC, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and Perspectives.
