Clara Soh

Clara Soh currently serves as Manager for ComLink and Regional Services at the Ministry of Social and Family Development, Singapore, focusing on service delivery, case management, and collaboration with community partners since June 2021. Previously, as a Child Protection Officer, Clara managed over 90 cases involving children and families, securing multiple awards for outstanding service and program initiatives. Clara's earlier experiences include internships in various capacities at SkillsFuture SG, Xplorer Events Pte Ltd, and Channel NewsAsia, as well as a research assistant role at the National University of Singapore. Clara holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Manchester, complemented by an exemplary academic background.
