Munirah K. Almutairi

Munirah K. Almutairi, CCSP, APTD, PMP®, currently serves as the OD and Workforce Planning Manager at the Ministry of Sport, leading workforce planning and strategy for human capital and infrastructure establishment projects since February 2023. Prior to this role, Munirah worked as Organizational and Talent Development at the Oil Sustainability Program, focusing on developing program policies and implementing change management initiatives from June 2022 to January 2023. Munirah also held the position of Learning and Development Specialist at the SFDA from May 2018 to June 2022, where responsibilities included planning and executing learning strategies and managing the High-potential Project. Additional experience includes serving as an Administrative Courses Instructor at ALKHALEEJ TRAINING & EDUCATION, training over 100 trainees in various professional courses. Academically, Munirah holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Saudi Electronic University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University.
