Othman Alomair

Othman Alomair is an experienced professional specializing in change management and expenditure efficiency. Currently serving as the Director of Change Management for Expenditure Efficiency at the Ministry of Sport since September 2023, Othman previously held roles focused on spending efficiency at the Ministry of Culture and served as an associate consultant and analyst at the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority. Othman also has a background in compliance training at Saudi Telecom Company, where responsibilities included training management and customer service coaching, and possesses engineering experience from a capstone project at Avro Patterns Inc. Othman began a career in media as a Text/Graphics Assistant Editor at Dar Al Hayat adv., and holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Windsor.
