Randa al Smari

Randa Al Smari, CIPD, has significant experience in organizational development and human resources. Currently serving as the Organizational Development Section Head at the Ministry of Sports since May 2017, Randa has held various roles within the organization, including OD and Workforce Planning Manager and Organizational Development Senior Specialist. Randa is also a member of the Gulf Human Capital Society since 2018. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at Integrated Telecom Company from May 2014 to April 2017 and as a Coop-Graduation Field Trainee at the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce in late 2013. Randa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University and an Advanced Diploma in Personal Styling from the London College of Style.
