Eltchin Aghakishiyev

Eltchin Aghakishiyev is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and strategic leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager of the Declaration, Desk Audit and Tax Payer Transaction Department at the Ministry of Taxes in the Republic of Azerbaijan since January 2018, Aghakishiyev has held significant roles such as Vice Chancellor at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University and Head of Executive Committee for the SABAH Groups Project in the Ministry of Education.
