Orkhan Abdinov Mba, Cams, Cgss.

Orkhan Abdinov, holding an MBA and certifications as a CAMS and CGSS, currently serves as the Head of Financial Monitoring Division at the Ministry of Taxes in the Republic of Azerbaijan since May 2023. Previously, Orkhan held the role of Financial Analyst at Xalq Bank from September 2020 to June 2023, and before that, served as the Head of Financial Monitoring Service (AML) at Bank "BTB" OJSC from June 2013 to September 2020. Earlier experience includes positions as Controller at Rick's International, INC, and Cost Accountant at CITGO Petroleum. Orkhan's academic background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from McNeese State University and a CPA in Accounting from Azerbaijan State Economic University.
