Sabuhi Sarkhanli

Sabuhi Sarkhanli is a Tax Specialist at the Ministry of Taxes in the Republic of Azerbaijan, a position held since December 2019. Prior experience includes serving in the Group of Finance at Ultra Technologies Company from December 2013 to December 2019. Sabuhi obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economic Cybernetics from Baku State University between 2008 and 2012, followed by a Master of Business Administration in Economics from Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) from 2014 to 2016. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree at the Institute for Scientific Research on Economic Reforms (ISRER).
