Ahmad Rashad

Ahmad Rashad is an experienced ITSM specialist and digital transformation advisor currently working at the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services since November 2021. Prior to this role, Ahmad served as a Senior Information Technology Service Management Consultant at PwC Middle East from March 2020 to July 2022, and as an ITSM Consultant at Alnafitha International for Information Technology from May 2018 to February 2020, where responsibilities included the implementation of ITIL/ISO20k processes. Ahmad's career also includes a position at Dall Consulting as an ITSM Consultant, engaging in customer workshops and training sessions, and at Saudi Data Services as an IT Project Manager overseeing project strategies and progress reporting. Earlier experience includes a dual role at Cairo Server as both Senior Software Developer Team Lead and Senior Software Developer from May 2005 to December 2012, focusing on technical direction and development solutions. Ahmad holds a degree from Helwan University Cairo, completed in 2005.
