Abraham Otai Samuel

Abraham Otai Samuel is a Senior Water Analyst at the Ministry of Water and Environment, Directorate of Water Resources Management in Uganda. Previously, Abraham served as a Science Officer in Biosafety and Biosecurity at the Ministry of Science Technology and Innovation from March 2018 to March 2023, and as a Microbiologist at the Uganda Virus Research Institute from August 2016 to March 2018. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Microbiology and Quality Control obtained from Université des Sciences et de la Technologie 'Houari Boumediène' between September 2014 and June 2016, as well as a BSc in Fundamental and Applied Microbiology from the same institution from September 2011 to June 2014.
