Wendy Bechdel

Wendy Bechdel began their work experience at Minitab in 2008 as a Staff Accountant and held this position until 2015. In this role, they were responsible for preparing and analyzing financial transactions and overseeing payroll processing for all Minitab operating companies. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Staff Accountant III. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Advisory Staff Accountant, where they continued to support the Finance Department's budgeting and financial reporting functions. Wendy's most recent position at Minitab is the Advisory Payroll Accountant, which they have held since 2020. In this role, they are responsible for processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and handling employee benefits and deductions.
