Allison Kramer is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the fashion industry. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Mink Howl since August 2019, Allison previously held the role of Creative Director at SWET Tailor from April 2021 to November 2023. Prior positions include Senior Art Director at Anthropologie, Art Director at Anne Klein Official, and Head of Design at INTERMIX. Allison has also worked as a Freelance Digital Designer for Michael Kors and as a Senior Graphic Designer at Gilt Groupe, alongside early experience as a Graphic Designer at Catbird NYC. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from San Diego State University.
