Joshua Kinneberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network systems management and programming. Currently serving as the Network Systems Manager at Minn-Dak Farmers Cooperative since June 2016, Joshua specializes in network specification establishment and performance evaluation, as well as network policy definition and firewall setup. Alongside this role, Joshua has operated Hay Processing since May 2008, focusing on hay production and sales. Previous positions include Programmer/Analyst at American Crystal Sugar Company and Corelink Administrative Solutions, where Joshua developed SAP applications and adhered to software development standards. Joshua's diverse background also includes experience in construction, customer service, and technical support, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems and a minor in Computer Science from North Dakota State University.

Minn-Dak Farmers Cooperative (MDFC) is located in Wahpeton, a city in the southeast corner of North Dakota, in the heart of the Red River Valley. MDFC has a 1200 acre footprint in Richland County, North Dakota. The Cooperative is owned by approximately 500 sugarbeet Shareholders/Growers who collectively grow 115,000 acres of sugarbeets and is part of the domestic sweetener industry. MDFC employs about 304 year-round, 147 seasonal and 295 harvest employees MDFC Shareholders produce sugarbeets for processing at the Cooperative’s plant in Wahpeton.
