Alin Tarachiu

Alin Tarachiu has a varied work experience, starting with a position as a Busser at Dumser's Dairyland in 2013. They then worked as a Video Surveillance Operator at Uniserve from October 2013 to March 2014, where they were responsible for monitoring and responding to suspicious activities. In 2014, they joined Telekom Romania as a Network Support Engineer, handling phone inquiries and collecting caller data. They later became an Account Manager, managing a large portfolio of accounts and building strong customer relationships. In 2016, they moved to Deutsche Bahn as a Customer Service Representative, where they gathered information, updated customers on delivery status, and created orders. From 2018 to 2023, they worked at CRH as a Project Delivery Manager, implementing and adapting tools and processes to meet regional needs, reducing phone calls and improving customer response time. Currently, they are serving as a Product Operations Manager at Minna Technologies, starting from April 2023.

Alin Tarachiu pursued their education at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest from 2011 to 2015. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specializing in Transportations / Transport Administration.
